Scheuch apprentice project
It took less than two months of welding, coating, engraving, wiring, and assembling for apprentices to create a modern, unique table. Under the supervision of Marco Leidinger, technician and Bernhard Urwanisch, the apprentice manager the table was constructed from solid metal and rustic wood. The quality of the craftsmanship of this apprentice project is clearly seen in the details such as the map and etched drawing that were produced using a laser.
At Scheuch, apprentice projects are an important part of their training. The apprentices learn that great results are achieved through communication, team spirit, and creativity. “The project had a lot of variety and exciting tasks in addition to the daily activities in the training center,” reports an enthusiastic Scheuch apprentice.
Back to overviewThe apprentices debuted the table at the Professional Experience Days (job fair). “In the future, the table will find its place in the training center at Scheuch headquarters and will be the impetus for many other apprentice projects,” says Scheuch instructor Bernhard Urwanisch.
