ENSURING OPERATIONAL SAFETY

Once the assembly and electrical installation stage is complete, our service technicians perform electrical, mechanical and process-related commissioning.
This means subjecting the plant to a number of inspections in order to reduce risks. The test run process involves aligning settings with individual operating conditions as closely as possible, while our own measurements enable fine-tuning to be carried out and ensure that agreed performance guarantees can be met in respect of air volume, resource consumption, sound pressure level and so on.
The customer’s staff members receive extensive instruction in the plant’s functions and how it is operated. The benefit of this is that it gives them the skills they need to perform periodic cleaning and maintenance work in the future, as well as guaranteeing high plant availability.
