Scheuch recognized as family-friendly
Scheuch has once again been awarded Austria‘s "berufundfamilie" (family friendly) quality mark for its family-friendly human resources policy.“We live responsibly, sustainably as a family-friendly company,” says Alexandra Jamnig, Human Resources. “As a family-run company, being family-friendly and work-life balance are more than buzzwords for us. For years, Scheuch has offered programs that make it easier to balance family and career. ”
The top programs used are Scheuch vacation care with the summer kindergarten and flexible work from home or office and hours.

Scheuch has been recognized as a family-friendly company since 2012. It is the company culture to promote and live sustainably, responsibly as well as being fair. These values have been the focus of the Scheuch family for over 55 years.
To be a “berufundfamilie” the company agrees to implement family-friendly programs for three-years. The aim is to foster a family-friendly corporate culture.
