Diving head-first into an apprenticeship
Scheuch put on the annual event for first-year apprentices from August 28-29, 2019. The theme was “Cooking as teamwork”.
Christina Gumpinger and Julia Mühlberger worked in tandem as trainers, coordinating fun team-building acitivites with supervision and support from apprentice trainer Bernhard Urwanisch.
Back to overviewThis year, the element linking everything together was cooking as a team. The self-catering hut in Haag am Hausruck, Austria was the perfect location for this. Participants were able to spend time surrounded by nature, creating their very own burgers next to an open flame – the perfect recipe for getting to know your colleagues.
Having worked together to establish a great deal of factors for success, the apprentices are well-prepared for their futures.
