Award for Scheuch:
Scheuch is proud to announce that the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Austria together with the International Young Workers Exchange (IFA) awarded Scheuch Group the European Quality Assurance for In-company Learning Mobility for Apprentices (EQAMOB) award. The award recognizes Scheuch’s outstanding commitment to support and prepare their apprentices for success as they ventured outside of Scheuch to participate in an internship outside of Scheuch to broaden their education.
EQAMOB Digitization and Business Location committee member, Georg Konetzky and IFA set the criteria for the award within the framework of the project EQAMOB (Quality Assurance for In-company Learning Mobility for Apprentices), which was carried out by the pan-European network EuroApprenticeship. These include, among other things: aspects of the organization and preparation of internships abroad, living arrangements during the stay, and the recognition of internships as part of apprenticeship training.
From Belfast to Oslo – apprentices abroad experience a new culture, new acquaintances, and a new language. Scheuch offers a variety of opportunities for apprentices to complete internships abroad at its locations across the globe. Belfast and Oslo were the most popular destinations among Scheuch apprentices this year.
Back to overview“Today we are proud of the award,“ says Manfred Kassik, Scheuch apprentice trainer. „It confirms our efforts and the active commitment we make to our apprentices. We support them according to their talents with stays abroad so that they can benefit in the area of personal development,“ he added.
