Inspection and maintenance
YOUR PLANT REMAINS IN PERFECT CONDITIONAn inspection involves checking the plant and its components for correct functioning, tightness and damage and detecting signs of wear at an early stage so that preventive action can be taken. The Scheuch service team will inspect your filters, fans, rotary valves, screw conveyors or flaps and check control devices and sensor technology. The inspection will be documented and further action recommended. This will keep your plant fit for purpose at all times and means that unforeseen repair costs can be prevented.
Plant maintenance means implementing scheduled measures with the aim of keeping a plant operating in its desired state. This includes performing all inspection activities as well as checking the state and quantity of lubricants and auxiliary materials (and topping up/replacing fluids as necessary), carrying out further functional checks and replacing defined wear and spare parts.
