Scheuch customer training courses for system-specific expertise and skills
Practical expertise tailored to the system in question is required to ensure regular maintenance of Scheuch systems. In order for Scheuch systems to run smoothly, operators must understand exactly how they operate. More often than not, minor adjustments can be carried out efficiently in just a few steps. Scheuch offers training courses which are tailored to individual customer requirements, thereby enabling customers’ maintenance personnel to perform these measures themselves.
Customer training objectives
Through its tailored customer training courses, Scheuch aims to equip its customers’ maintenance personnel with specific expertise about the systems installed on their premises. The courses are designed to enable personnel to independently carry out adjustments to Scheuch systems. This means that customers are able to respond particularly quickly to changes in process parameters without having to rely on the assistance of Scheuch service technicians. What’s more, they can identify signs of wear and tear themselves at an early stage.
Customer training at Hatschek cement plant
Scheuch’s customer Hatschek operates a cement plant in Gmunden (Upper Austria). Over the course of a long-standing partnership, Scheuch has been helping Hatschek to reliably comply with environmental regulations for many years. Hatschek understands the importance of providing adequate training to its maintenance personnel – both to refresh the system-specific skills of its long-term employees and to familiarize new employees with Scheuch systems.
Scheuch customer training for enhanced expertise
Scheuch designed a training course that was specifically tailored to the customer’s requirements. Over the course of two days, Scheuch provided the customer with the most important expertise and information about the Scheuch systems installed on their premises. Scheuch customer training courses include both theoretical content and practical application skills.
Theory part:
The first day of the customer training course involved a detailed theoretical look at Scheuch systems. Specifically, the following topics were explained and discussed:
- Using Scheuch control units
- Scheuch’s performance portfolio
- Services provided by the Service team
- Hardware: Scheuch systems
- Scheuch system design
- Designation and structure of equipment components
- Areas of application for Scheuch systems (application scenarios)
- Explaining the functions of customized systems
- USP/added value of Scheuch systems
- Explaining the maintenance procedure
Practical part:
Customer training incorporates an on-site inspection at the customer’s premises. The practical session on the second day addresses all the maintenance personnel’s questions that arose during the theoretical part. In addition, the Scheuch team will inspect the condition of the customer’s system together with the maintenance personnel. During the customer training course at the Hatschek cement plant, the systems were inspected and explained directly on site, with Scheuch demonstrating the necessary measures on the spot.
