THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

The results of the exhaust gas measurements are plain to see. NOx is reduced by approximately 75% and CO and VOC can be reduced by more than 99%. Through combined exhaust gas cleaning, fuels and derived fuels can be used much more flexibly and efficiently.

COMPACT DESIGN

The filter can be integrated into existing operating plants without taking up a lot of space. The system fitted into a trench that was scarcely nine metres wide and around 30 metres long.

The pipe routing was designed in such a way as to ensure that no pressure losses were generated. Furthermore, the system design ensures easy maintenance access during operation.

“The system went into full operation straight away and produced the desired results from the get go”, said Secklehner.

Large numbers of interested parties come from across the globe to visit the plant in Kirchdorf. Scheuch was even presented with the Energy Globe award for designing this innovative technology.
