“In the new facility, equipped with the most modern equipment, we offer apprentices the best possible training opportunities. Working on the latest machines is important for the apprentices to develop the skills necessary for a successful path into the future. “Stage Blue” produces top-class employees,” says managing director, Stefan Scheuch.
Up to eighteen apprentices will participate in “Stage Blue” each year. As of 2020 between Scheuch and Scheuch Ligno in Mehrnbach there are 50 apprentices enrolled in the three-year program. Eight different apprenticeships are available such as machining technology, structural steel engineering, and mechanical engineering and more.
