Condensation and heat recovery

To allow heat to be used flexibly, it is often necessary to extract the thermal energy at various temperature levels. Heat recovery systems used with local heat and district heat allow the energy that is recovered to be put to the best possible use in a profitable way.

Tube cooler

Because of the temperature peaks of 500 °C and higher that occur in upset operating mode, in most cases, Scheuch installs an air/air heat exchanger upstream of the bag filter for gas cooling purposes.

Gas conditioning tower

When performing exhaust gas cleaning in the cement and other industries, the exhaust gases need to be cooled down prior to starting the cleaning process.
