Safety days strengthen team & expertise
Scheuch focuses on comprehensive occupational safety in all business areas with annual safety days and strong partners.Working together for greater safety – Scheuch successfully organised its annual Safety Days in 2025. On 17 and 18 April, the focus was on practical training specifically tailored to the particular requirements of the business units. The internationally active company once again emphasised that occupational safety is an integral part of its corporate philosophy.
Training under real conditions
On both days, employees – from new recruits to experienced specialists – trained under realistic conditions. Topics such as fall protection, rescue techniques from confined spaces, the use of measuring devices and the handling of chemical substances were taught in a practical manner by trained instructors. Scheuch was supported by long-standing co-operation partners. Safety Certification GmbH – Certific as well as Haberkorn GmbH, UVEX SAFETY Austria GmbH and Michael Gärner GmbH provided their expertise and training facilities. The Aurolzmünster volunteer fire brigade allowed Scheuch to use their halls.
Safety in all business units
Every year, all Scheuch business units organise their own safety days, adapted to the potential dangers in their respective areas. This systematically sensitises all employees to safety-relevant situations.
‘Our safety days are an important building block for anchoring safe working practices in everyday life. Through close cooperation with experts and realistic training situations, we offer our teams the opportunity to internalise procedures and react correctly in an emergency,’ explains Lisa Strasser, Team Leader HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) at Scheuch.
The continuous commitment to occupational safety has made Scheuch a pioneer in the industry for years and shows clear responsibility towards employees and partners.
